It is also important to clarify that this individual experienced airline check-in issues that were unrelated to tour operations. Airline ticketing, documentation, and check-in compliance are the responsibility of the passenger and the airline. These matters are outside the control of the tour operator and should not be misrepresented as tour-management failures. Regarding on-site coordination, schedules and meeting locations in large international cities may change due to traffic, security, and site access. Participants are instructed to remain with the group and follow the guide’s directions at all times. When travelers do not follow group instructions or separate from the group, complications can occur. This does not constitute abandonment.
